Introduction to Heart Healing
Living a joyful, peaceful, and prosperous life is not only possible, it’s easier than you may realize.
Learn what spirituality is, how to apply spiritual principles to your daily life, and discover the power of both your heart and your subconscious mind. Then learn how to release limiting beliefs that are holding you in dysfunctional programs and patterns.
How to Create Powerful Inner Agreements
A life well lived is built from the inside out. The stories or agreements you’ve accepted determine the events that unfold in your life.
Everything from your core belief regarding universal benevolence to the experiences of your childhood creates either a strong foundation for success or a trauma bond tying you to failure.
When you change your inner agreements from pain to power, your highest good becomes available.
Healing the Inner Child
Who is the inner child, and how does it influence your daily life? A wounded inner child brings turmoil and dysregulation. It creates unhealthy coping mechanisms and makes it difficult to set and achieve goals.
Discover and dissolve the childhood programs and unresolved issues that may be derailing your ability to create a life that feels good. Learn to live life on your terms.
The Power of Perfection
What’s your belief about yourself? Your beliefs will determine your experience. Believing you are less than or without value will create a life filled with unconquerable obstacles.
Come discover the truth about who you are and all you have to offer. Understand why trends form and what that means for your life. It’s time to become your best self instead of the person society says you’re supposed to be.
Forgiveness is Mandatory
What is forgiveness? Who should I forgive and why? Don’t I deserve to hold anger toward my abuser? What’s my role in all of this, and why is it important to understand the destruction unforgiveness causes?
Gain the tools you need to set yourself free from the events and people of the past who have caused you harm. Learn how to restore your equilibrium and face the future with confidence.
It’s Time to Take Your Power Back
Being powerful is a key element in living a life of accomplishment, but power doesn’t come from your surroundings; power is an inside job.
Learn the elements of power, the personality traits held by powerful people, and why someone becomes powerless. Then learn how to restore your power and say, “Yes, I can!” no matter what challenges you may encounter.
Owning Your Growth
The hallmark of a successful life is happiness. What creates happiness and enables you to sustain it?
Discover the questions you need to ask to determine your whys so you have the passion to succeed and the tools that will help you gain and then maintain your progress.
Instead of wondering, “Why is this happening to me?” you’ll be given the insight you need to become both certain and purposeful.
Beware of The Toxic Triplets - Shame, Blame, and Guilt
Looking at what’s wrong won’t help you find what’s right. Focusing on feeling bad can never lead to feeling good, but even though we understand this statement to be true, most of society is waiting for the other shoe to drop. They’re normalizing feelings of shame, blame, and guilt - the toxic triplets of negativity and telling themselves, “This is the way it will always be!”
Instead of giving in to fear and living a life filled with regret, take charge of your life and discover the hidden cost of worrying about what may happen or living with the guilt, shame, and blame of events from the past.
Learn the importance of self-love and give yourself permission to become more so you can follow your heart to your greatest good.

Nonprofit partnership with Every Body Deserves Love
Every Body Deserves Love (EBDL) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people reshape the way they think about themselves and their bodies. Our internship program is a hands-on leadership pathway where students learn how to serve their community through self-love education, identity-safe emotional support, and real-world project experience.
Interns are trained directly by experts in healing, communication, and social impact — including Dr. Marcia, Dr. Reyna, Dr. Ruby, and other community leaders — while gaining practical skills in program development, media, mental-health awareness, peer support, and community care.
Our goal is simple: to empower young people with the mindset, confidence, and tools they need to lead with love — in their schools, their families, and their communities.
EBDL interns walk away with emotional intelligence, leadership training, meaningful service hours, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
